Course Description
In this module, we will explore communication techniques - both verbal and nonverbal - that will help solidify a lasting relationship with your customers. 
Course Objectives
By the end of this module, you will learn that how you choose to communicate with your customers can have a great effect on the overall relationship they have with your company and you. You will also learn that not all communication is necessarily verbal, and that being receptive to customer feedback will help strengthen your current and future customer relationships.
