Course Description
In this course, we’ll discuss some of the anxieties you might face during a pandemic, as well as how they might impact you when you’re alone and working from home. We’ll also go over some helpful steps you can take to feel less anxious in times like these.

  • Describe personal actions to take to help feel balanced in new circumstances working from home
