AFTC 510 - Updating Lease Charges and Manual Posting in 7S
Course Description
Participants in this course will learn how to update lease charges when needed during an LIHTC resident's lease term.
Course Objectives
After completing this course, you will be able to post adjustments for previously posted charges, update lease charges retroactively, review the adjustments in a resident’s ledgers, and manually create a one-time lease charge using the Tax Credit Manual Posting procedure.
