This training is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) new lead-based paint regulation (24 CFR Part 35, et al.).

This training is intended for those already inspecting housing units.

• Identifying Deteriorated Paint
• Identifying Types of Deterioration
• Describing Causes of Deterioration
• The Summary of Deterioration
• Repairing Deteriorated Paint

A short exam is provided at the end of this course to ensure knowledge retention. You will need to upload the course completion certificate following instructions provided to you.
