  • We serve a diverse population and in order for that population to live and thrive we must prioritize, consider, and appreciate DEI in our efforts to provide Permanent Supportive Housing. Additionally, DEI keeps employees engaged because striving for a culture that prioritizes and appreciates DEI provides a safe space for employees to be authentic, feel valued, and appreciate differences while also seeing themselves and our communities reflected in those around them in the roles in which we serve throughout the entire organization.
